I was overweight all my adult life.  I went through the typical weight yo-yo’s.  My self-esteem and productivity suffered as result of it.    Dr. J’s comprehensive weight management program taught me the importance of sticking to an anti-yeast nutritional program for life.

Following Dr. J’s Eight Commandments of no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no caffeine, no alcohol, no nicotine, and no chemicals in the yeast-free cookbook (Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking) was challenging at first, but now it’s simple and saving me a chunk of money on grocery.

Dr. J’s Herbal Detox, Hormonal Regeneration, and Weight Management

herbs also work like magic.  Tons of strange creatures (yeasts, parasites, and eggs of parasites) showed up in my toilet!  It was gross, but I was happy that they were outside of my body!

Dr. J also helped me realize that being overweight is a mechanism of protection.  Once I recognized where my insecurity was coming from, I was able to work on increasing my strength.   Weight control is actually about life control.  Thanks Dr. J for a transforming program!

I have been on Dr. J’s holistic health program for almost a month.  The results are amazing!  My symptoms of acid reflux and mind fog have been reduced.  My mental clarity and energy has been increased.  My elimination has been very smooth.  Most interesting of all, my belly fat has disappeared without working out!

Why am I getting great results so quick?  Basically I am a committed student.  I follow as closely as possible Dr. J’s “Eight Commandments” (No sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, nor chemicals) in Dr. J’s yeast-free cook book, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.  I also take Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea), Male Vitality, and Herbal Cocktail as instructed.  In addition, I am meditating and chanting to reduce day to day stress.  The combination of Anti-Yeast Nutritional program, herbal therapy, and stress reduction really works.  I am happy to share this testimonial!

Q.        I suffered from acid reflux for about two years.  My symptoms got worse whenever I drank tea, ate raw food or pickles.  I don’t want to take all these antacids.  Can you tell me about natural remedies for it?

A.        Acid reflux is usually associated with stress, poor dietary habit, and yeast and parasitic infections.  You need to work on three aspects to regain your health.

1) Stress management:

Stress is a part of life.  Learn to manage your stress effectively and let it propel you to the next level of success.  Meditation is a great way to manage your day-to-day stress.  If you are too busy, or too lazy, or both (like my clients confess to me) to meditate, then go to my website to download a FREE 10-minute meditation guide: www.drjsbest.com.  Practice this 10-minute meditation everyday.  You will soon fill your heart with love, peace and harmony.

2) Adopt an Anti-Yeast Nutritional Program:

When you adopt an Ant-Yeast Nutritional program which contains no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no caffeine, no alcohol, no chemicals, your body would become more alkaline than acidic.  Also, regular tea contains caffeine.  Pickles are fermented and have yeasts.  That’s why they create more acid for your body and bother your stomach.  My yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking will give you more information about what to eat and what to avoid.

3) Herbal Therapy to Cleanse Yeast and Parasites:

Stress can lower your immunity and make your body prone to the attacks of yeasts, parasites, bacteria and viruses.  Poor dietary habit (Standard American Diet – SAD) creates an acidic environment for yeasts and parasites to overgrow.  It’s a double whammy!  Use our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) to remove harmful, excess yeasts and parasites.

Acid reflux is easily treatable if you follow the above natural remedies.

Q.        Are yeast and parasitic infections sexually transmittable?   Can males get yeast infections too?  How to treat these infections and how long would it take to heal?

A.        Yeast and parasitic infections are sexually transmitted diseases (STD’s).  Sexual partners can infect each other through the exchange of body fluids such as kissing, oral sex and intercourse.  Therefore, if your sexual partner is treated for yeast and parasitic infections, you also need to be treated.

Most people tend to think only females get yeast infections such as vaginal yeast infection, yellowish discharge, and painful sex.  Be aware, males are also prone to male yeast infections such as genital rash, sticky semen, and prostatitis.  In addition to genital symptoms, both males and females can have symptoms from head to toe including mind fog, chronic fatigue, allergies, bloating, sugar craving, hypoglycemia, fibromyalgia, fungal toe nails, anal itch, etc.

Luckily, yeast and parasitic infections for male or female are treatable.  How long would it take to heal?  It depends on how toxic you are.  Normally, one year of illness takes at least one month to heal, provided that you take the following three basic steps:

1) Follow the yeast free nutritional program closely

2) Take strong herbal formulas to control the overgrowth of yeasts and parasites

3) Learn to manage stress effectively.

To learn what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking. Take Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea to remove excess yeasts and parasites in your body and cleanse your liver and kidneys.  You may also learn some stress management techniques by reading my book: Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing.

Because everybody carries different symptoms, you need to let me know what symptoms you have, so that I can give you specific recommendations.   The remedies described above are basic ones.  I usually customize a program based on each individual’s health condition, budget, and commitment level.

In a previous article, I mentioned that PMS (Pre-menstrual Syndrome) is easily treatable if you follow five drug-free remedies:

1) Dietary Change to nourish your body and starve yeasts and parasites

2) Herbal Therapy to detox and balance your hormones

3) Regular Exercise to improve your blood circulation

4) Stress Management to reduce mood swings

5) Sexercise to facilitate your energy flow and increase your self-esteem.

To elaborate:

Dietary Change:

You need to follow “Dr. J’s Eight Commandments:” no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, nor chemicals.  Why?  Here is the answer:  the first 7 items are the favorite foods for yeasts and parasites.  The 8th item (chemicals) clog your liver and kidneys and deplete your immune system.   It may be a tall order to wean yourself from these items, since the Standard American Diet (SAD) is full of these no-no’s.  Do the best you can.  If you could do 50%, you will get 50% of the benefits.  If you could do 75%, you will get 75% of the benefits.  If you do 0%, you will continue to feed your little enemies in your body, and you will continue to struggle with PMS every month!  To learn what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.  Both hard copy and e-books are available.

Herbal Therapy:

Adhering to my yeast-free nutritional program prevents new assaults.  However, if you have already accumulated toxins for many years, use herbal therapy to obtain better and faster results.  Within three months, my clients usually report a marked improvement, or even complete freedom from PMS symptoms.  Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) and Hormonal Regeneration(Female Vitality) are favored by my clients to combat PMS.  By removing excess yeasts and parasites, and cleansing your liver and kidneys, you allow your body to have a clean slate to heal.  Adding Female Vitality to regenerate the hormonal system facilitates the healing process, improves your mental concentration, and uplifts your mood.

In part 3 of this article, I will elaborate on how regular exercise, stress management and sexercise can also help you say good-bye to PMS.  Stay tuned!

Q.        What kinds of fruits can I have for hypoglycemia if I want to stick to yeast-free nutritional program?

A.         There are four kinds of fruits I would recommend if you want to feed your body and not your little enemies (yeasts and parasites): bananas, Fuji apples, pears, and papayas.

Bananas – Eat the banana when it just turns yellow.  Don’t wait until it’s brown and sugary.

Fuji Apples – Fuji apples have less acidity than other fruits.  Furthermore,  yeasts and parasites tend not to like apples.

Pears – Green pears have less fructose than brown pears, so go for the green ones.

Papayas – Mexican papayas tend to be larger – have just one slice per serving.  With Hawaiian papayas, you should be able to have one half each time.

Even though theses four kinds of fruits are recommended, you should have no more than two pieces in a day.  Portion control is important even with the right kinds of food.  Too much fructose will turn into sugar and feed yeasts and parasites in your body.

If you have a tendency to be hypoglycemic, I would recommend Herbal Cocktailand Cleansing-Balance Tea.  One scoop of Herbal Cocktailin a cup of Cleansing-Balance Teacan carry you over for two hours if you don’t have anything healthy to eat.

For more information about what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.

The real problem Americans face is consuming too many simple carbohydrates.  An average American eats 120 pounds of refined sugar per year.   Sugar is everywhere – in bread, pies, cookies, candies, salad dressings, ketchup, etc.  As I’ve indicated repeatedly in previous articles, sugar feeds the yeasts and parasites in your body and facilitates fermentation.  That’s why your stomach feels bloated, your sinuses are congested, and your mind is foggy after consuming refined sugar.

What is the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates?   Simple carbohydrates such as refined sugar in cookies, candies, ice cream, etc. contain “empty calories.”  Empty calories burn and dissipate quickly.  That’s why you get hungry easily even after you’ve had a meal high in empty calories.   Foods that contain complex carbohydrates include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.  In order for your body to utilize calories generated by complex carbohydrates, foods have to be properly digested.  The digestion and absorption process of complex carbohydrates is slower than that for simple carbohydrates.  That’s why you don’t get hungry easily or crave more foods when you ingest foods containing complex carbohydrates.

What should you do then to maintain a well-balanced diet and not get lost in the diet jungle?  Follow Dr. J’s yeast-free nutritional program!  My clients call the program “Dr. J’s Eight Commandments.”  These Eight Commandments include no refined sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, and no chemicals.  All of the above are favorite foods for yeasts and parasites in your body.  When you indulge in the above items, your enemies — yeasts and parasites — will have a rock ‘n roll party in your body!

Some people may not be able to fully commit to Dr. J’s Eight Commandments 100%.  However, if you follow them 50%, you will get 50% of the benefits; if you follow them 75%, you will get 75% of the benefits; and this is better than 0%.  Don’t let the excuse of “either-or” stop you from making an effort.  I have seen people waiting for the “perfect time” such as after the holidays or special occasions.  However, the perfect time would never come and they are still suffering from yeast disorder symptoms (including weight problems) year in and year out.

Once you follow my yeast-free nutritional program, you will enjoy physical and mental fitness on a consistent basis.  This yeast-free nutritional program has stood the test of many decades for thousands of my clients, including myself.  Personally I have lost 50 pounds and kept it off by practicing what I preach.  This life-long dietary habit will also save you 30 to 50% on grocery bills as reported by my clients!

If you wish to learn what you should eat and what you should avoid, go to your local public library to read my books, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, and Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.  You may also call our office at 1-800-715-3053 or 818-472-2213 to order hard copies or order e-books online: www.drjsbest.com.  The guidelines provided in these two books are life long guidelines, not just when you want to lose weight or get rid of yeast and parasitic infections.  Once you make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle, you won’t need any fad diets to boost the result!
