Exhibit 3
Growth in Total Health Expenditure Per Capita, U.S. and Selected Countries, 1970-2008

Exhibit 3

Notes: Data from Australia and Japan are 2007 data. Figures for Belgium, Canada, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland, are OECD estimates.  Numbers are PPP adjusted. According to the 2010 statistics by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), health spending is rising faster than incomes in most developed countries.   This raises questions about how these countries will pay for future health care needs.

The issue is particularly acute in the United States.  The health expenditure per capita was $7,538 in 2008.  The country not only spends much more per capita on health care than any other country, but also has had one of the fastest growth rates in health spending among developed countries.

The growth rate is usually measured by the percentage of gross domestic product (GDP).  In the United States, the health expenditure of GDP grew from 8.8% in 1980 to 15.2% in 2003, and keeps growing!

Despite this higher level of spending, the United States does not achieve better outcomes on many important health measures.  For example, type II diabetes, child obesity, cancer, etc. are on the rise.

Our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) only costs less than $3.00 per day.  It helps remove toxins and strengthens your immunity.  Would you want to spend less than $3.00 a day on non-invasive prevention methods, or would you rather spend almost $16.00 a day on drugs and/or surgery?  The choice is yours.

In previous articles, I explained in great detail symptoms of allergies ranging from head to toe.  Even though allergy symptoms are often triggered by certain types of food, molds, dusts, pollen, pets, etc., the physical causes are yeast and parasitic infections and the psychological causes are stress and “unfinished business” with other people.  Therefore, to eliminate allergy symptoms, you need to employ a holistic approach including yeast-free nutrition, herbal therapy, stress management, and clear the emotional issues that haunt you.

Yeast-Free Nutrition:

Most people are allergic to foods favored by yeasts, such as sugar, dairy, wheat, different yeasts, alcohol, caffeine, and chemicals, whether they know it or not.  When you consume these foods favored by yeasts, you feed the little enemies within your body.  When yeasts are well fed, their symbiotic twins, parasites, also thrive.  After they have a rock ‘n roll party, they dump their toxins in you!  The toxins they deposit can make you sick and cause you allergy symptoms from head to toe.

This is why I repeatedly stress the importance of adhering to the yeast-free nutritional program.  Remember, if you can follow the program 70% of the time, you get 70% of the benefits.  If you follow 50%, you get 50% of the benefits.  With 0%, you get 0% of the benefits.  The choice is yours to make.  To learn what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.

Herbal Therapy:

In the two clinical examples I shared with you in the previous article, herbal therapy is one of the more important holistic treatment methods to remove existing toxins and to strengthen your immunity.  When your immunity is strong, you will be able to reduce or eliminate allergy symptoms.

Herbal Detox(Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) is essential for removing toxins, Hormonal Regeneration (Female Vitality or Male Vitality), and Weight Management (Herbal Cocktail, Fitness Regular, and Fitness Plus) are added as needed to facilitate healing.  Familiarize yourself with my “Seven Herbal Wonders” by visiting www.drjsbest.com.

Manage Stress Effectively:

When you suffer allergy symptoms, basically you are allergic to life!  If you learn to manage stress effectively and clean up the emotional issues that have been haunting you, your allergy symptoms will subside.  As explained in the case examples in the previous article, psychological factors play an important role in the disease and related healing process.  In my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, I describe in great detail how you can use meditation, prayers, affirmations, and emotional releasing techniques to maintain a positive mental attitude.  There is also an entire chapter devoted to writing letters in a proper format to finish the “unfinished business”.

Consistently employing the above holistic treatment methods, regular exercise, proper amounts of rest and sleep, and drinking eight to ten cups of liquids a day will see marked improvement in your allergy symptoms.

Many people tend to catch seasonal flu and colds during the Thanksgiving holiday.  You can prevent this by adopting a healthy lifestyle before, during, and after this major holiday of the year.  The following are some recommendations:

1.    Avoid Overeating

One of the most common “misconducts” during the Thanksgiving holiday is overeating.  Abundance of food is very tempting.  Just remember the discomfort of overstuffing your stomach and go for moderation.  You can taste the food, instead of devouring a large amount of it.  Otherwise, when your stomach is full, you become sleepy and cannot enjoy the true spirit of Thanksgiving with your friends or relatives.

 2.    Stay on Yeast-Free Nutritional Program

Do your best to stick to the yeast-free nutritional program containing no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeast, no alcohol, no caffeine, no nicotine, nor chemicals.  I know you would be considered a “saint” if you could do this on the Thanksgiving holiday.  However, for your health and comfort, it’s worth making the effort.   To learn what to eat and what to avoid, follow my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.

3.    Keep a Healthy Lifestyle Routine

Many people use the holiday as an excuse to interrupt their health routine especially regular exercise, meditation, etc.  The end result is that you may experience imbalance in your body, mind, and spirit.  Once the imbalance occurs, it may take a while to regain the balance.  If you could maintain your healthy life style routine, chances are you will have stronger immunity to protect yourself from seasonal flu and colds.

4.    Strengthen Your Immunity

Holiday activities can put more strain on your body.  My clients have reported that increasing the dosage of Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea is very helpful in maintaining their immunity against the holiday stress.  Female Vitality or Male Vitality, and Herbal Cocktail are additional boosts for calm energy, mental clarity, and improvement of digestive function.

5.    Make It a True Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving holiday is not all that rosy for everyone.  If you have “unfinished business” with your family members, getting together on the Thanksgiving holiday can be an awkward time.   Why not use Thanksgiving Day as a special day to forgive and extend your genuine love?  There is always a silver lining in every life event.  There is always something to be thankful for with any one you encounter.  Give thanks to your “teachers”, both positive and negative.

If you could follow the above principles, you will enjoy a true Thanksgiving holiday!
