Q.           Do you have any patients with Fibromyalgia that have type 0 negative blood?

A.            There are four blood types: A, B, AB, and O. There is no O negative blood.  There is Rh positive (present) and Rh negative (absent).  During a pregnancy, if the father is Rh positive, the pregnant mother is Rh negative, and the baby is Rh positive, then the mother may be “sensitized” to this blood type difference.   A sensitized mother’s blood may develop antibodies to the baby’s blood and cause hemolytic disease resulting in a low blood count for the baby.  The mother can be treated with RhIg injections to desensitize.

Other than pregnancy, Rh factor does not affect your health in any way.  As I detailed in previous articles, the probable cause of fibromyalgia are yeast and parasitic infections, poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, dampness, psychological stress, and vitamin L (L for Love) deficiency.  All these factors can happen to anyone.   So, the belief that people with Rh negative are more prone to fibromyalgia is a myth.

I have come across clients with fibromyalgia with all blood types.  As long as they get on our Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) and Hormonal Regeneration (Female Vitality or Male Vitality) programs and adopt the holistic treatment as described in previous articles, they would experience improvement, regardless of blood types.

Q.        Does recurrent candidiasis in the early stage of life link with fibromyalgia later in life?

A.        The probable causes of fibromyalgia include: yeast and parasitic infections, poor dietary habits, lack of exercise, dampness, psychological stress, and vitamin L (L for love) deficiency.  Candida Albicans is one strain of harmful yeasts.  Candidiasis is a common type of yeast infection.  When a person has recurrent candidiasis, toxins have been built up in tissues, muscles, joints, and tendons. This in turn, causes widespread aches and pain.

Fibromyalgia can occur at any age, ranging from young children to the elderly.  Therefore, there is a term called “juvenile fibromyalgia.”  In fact, I suspect that fibromyalgia affects infants too, since babies can be born with yeast and parasitic infection symptoms. It’s just that they are not able to express this verbally except through crying.

Luckily fibromyalgia is treatable.  For symptom relief, herbal therapy is quite effective. Our Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) and Hormonal Regeneration(Female Vitalityor Male Vitality) programs work wonders to eliminate aches and pain, and to remove mind fog. Herbal therapy together with other holistic treatment methods detailed in previous articles can eradicate the causes and symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is an illness characterized by a cluster of symptoms including persistent, recurrent fatigue, headaches, achy muscles, poor digestive function (such as constipation, diarrhea, and bloatedness), low-grade fever, foggy mind, confusion, irritability, lack of motivation and depression.

Both men and women can be affected by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  In my practice, however, I have observed that most of the clients are women between the ages of 20 and 50.  The personality characteristics of people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are highly successful, educated, articulate, and always on the go.  Prior to the onset of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, they were very active with their career activities, and/or were caretakers.

After several years of highly charged activities, they “ran out of gas” and collapsed.  These people tended to give, give, give, but did not receive the nurturing which was essential to replenish their reservoir.  The “Too Pooped to Pop” feelings are very real to the sufferers.  However, most western-trained physicians did not take them seriously.  Some were referred to psychiatrists by their physicians for psychotropic drugs with the reasoning that it was all in their heads!  This, of course, makes the matter worse!

People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have often suffered for many years without a proper diagnosis and treatment.  Prior to starting our holistic treatment program, many of my clients had to be on medical disability because they could not carry out regular daily functions which were routine for them before.  In some severe cases, daily chores such as brushing teeth or cooking dinner can be taxing for the sufferer.

Basically, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome shares similar symptoms with mono-nucleosis, Epstein-Barr virus, candidiasis, Crohn’s disease, as well as yeast and parasitic infections.

Causes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

As mentioned earlier, people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome tend to be high achievers and devoting caretakers.  The major causes for their collapse include: “Busy-Taking-Care-of-Others Syndrome”, poor dietary habits, and yeast and parasitic infections.

Busy-Taking-Care-of-Others Syndrome:

Many people, especially women, have assumed a caretaking role.  They play their roles so well that they often forget about themselves.  They are so busy taking care of other people’s needs that they don’t have time to take care of their own needs.  Connie is a good example:

As a nurse, Connie had been a hard worker in hospitals for more than 10 years.  She had been very active in volunteer activities such as the Red Cross or other charity groups.  Her mother died of breast cancer when she was five years old.  Being the only child, she had been a caretaker for her frail father since she was a teen.

Since she was always on the run, she was on the convenient Standard American Diet (SAD) even though she was familiar with what was right for her to eat.  The onset of fatigue, headaches, poor mental concentration, weight loss, lack of motivation and depression came slowly in a period of three to six months.  Then, she totally collapsed and became bedridden when her boyfriend broke up with her.

Poor Dietary Habits:

People who are busy taking care of others usually suffer from low self-esteem.  When they don’t think much of themselves, naturally they don’t take good care of themselves.  Everybody comes first; they come last.  This tendency is also reflected in their dietary habits.  Even though Connie was a consulting nutritionist for an outpatient clinic, she did not practice what she preached.  Her diet was filled with sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine and chemicals.  Despite the fact she knew she was “allergic” to those kinds of foods, she could not take the time to go to health food stores to shop for the right kinds of foods.

Yeast and Parasitic Infections:

As explained in great details in my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, many factors contribute to yeast and parasitic infections.  Poor dietary habits and chronic psychological stress are two main causes among others.  Yeasts and parasites have strong hooks that can suck nutrition from the intestines.  After they are well fed, they deposit toxins.  As a result, a cluster of symptoms including chronic fatigue, allergies, digestive problems, etc. will weaken the immune system and create a vicious circle.

The holistic treatment for Chronic Fatigue Syndrom will be discussed in the next article.  Stayed tuned!

According to the Mayo Clinic staff, chronic prostatitis is a recurrent prostate infection, difficult to treat, and its cause is unknown.  Based on my more than 30 years of clinical experience, my observation is that prostatitis is caused by yeast and parasitic infections.  What causes yeast and parasitic infections then?

There are various causes of prostatitis.  The following are common causes:

1)    Poor Dietary Habit:  The Standard American Diet (SAD), which is loaded with sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and chemicals, feeds the yeasts and parasites in your body and gives the little enemies a chance to have an rock ‘n roll party.   After their feast, they deposit toxins in the body and cause a multitude of infections.  Depending on which part of the body is weak and has little defense, yeasts and parasites will occupy that spot and build their colonies.  If the prostate gland is weak, then prostatitis would be the end result.

2)    Low Immunity: Pre-existing health conditions such as cancer, diabetes, paralysis, etc. weaken the immunity, so the body has a weaker defense when bacteria, viruses, yeasts and parasites invade.

3)    Male Identity Issues: As I have previously indicated, physical symptoms are reflections of psychological and spiritual states.  Struggles with male identity issues can make the prostate prone to infections.

4)    Psychological Stress: Stress, if not managed properly, can cause a multitude of diseases.  If the prostate is a weak area, then infections can show up in that area with stress.

5)    Physical Injury:  This is a relatively rare cause.  If an injury of the prostate or the surrounding area is not healed properly, recurrent yeast and bacterial infections can occur.

Even though physicians are usually unsure about the causes of chronic prostatitis, they tend to use a liberal dose of antibiotics orally or intravenously.  Antibiotics, designed to control infections and inflammations, kill off both bad guys (e.g., bacteria, yeasts, viruses and parasites) and good guys (e.g., friendly bacteria floras).  Hence, they create a vacuum upon the initial use.  At this time the body may experience temporary relief, because there’s nobody home; it’s nice and quiet.  However, this honeymoon does not usually last long.  The good guys take a long time to recover.  However, the bad guys thrive like weeds after a summer rainfall.  A great imbalance is thus created.  Consequently, symptoms of yeast disorder worsen each time after treatment with these potent drugs.

In the next article I will address natural remedies for prostatitis.  Stay tuned.
