Standard American Diet (SAD) usually contains a large amount of sugar, dairy, wheat, and yeasts.  In the past few weeks I have been posting why these food items are detrimental to your health.

Hopefully it is clear to you now that sugar, dairy, wheat and yeast products are favorite foods for yeasts and parasites.  Unfortunately, a great number of people live on these foods.  When you feed the favorite foods to yeasts and parasites, they are so happy that they start an instant rock n’and roll party!  After having a great time, like any other beings, they have to go to the bathroom.  They then use your body as a toilet to dump lots of toxins.

When they suck your energy through their strong, vampire-like hooks, you experience extreme fatigue or lethargy because when you eat, you are actually feeding an extended family in your body.  When yeasts and parasites deposit toxins, you may suffer from allergy symptoms such as sinus congestion, headaches, arthritis-like aches and pains, lower back pain, bloatedness, constipation, or bladder or kidney infections.  Yeasts, parasites and their toxins can clog the liver, pancreas and thyroid and make your blood sugar metabolism sluggish.  This is one of the causes for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).  Hypoglycemia can then contribute to headaches, foggy mind, poor mental concentration, poor memory and irritability.  Another factor contributing to your foggy mind is that when yeasts ferment in your body, a by-product, ammonia, can alter your thinking process and cause disorientation.

The real problem Americans face is consuming too many simple carbohydrates.  An average American eats 120 pounds of refined sugar per year.   Sugar is everywhere – in bread, pies, cookies, candies, salad dressings, ketchup, etc.  As I’ve indicated repeatedly in previous articles, sugar feeds the yeasts and parasites in your body and facilitates fermentation.  That’s why your stomach feels bloated, your sinuses are congested, and your mind is foggy after consuming refined sugar.

What is the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates?   Simple carbohydrates such as refined sugar in cookies, candies, ice cream, etc. contain “empty calories.”  Empty calories burn and dissipate quickly.  That’s why you get hungry easily even after you’ve had a meal high in empty calories.   Foods that contain complex carbohydrates include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.  In order for your body to utilize calories generated by complex carbohydrates, foods have to be properly digested.  The digestion and absorption process of complex carbohydrates is slower than that for simple carbohydrates.  That’s why you don’t get hungry easily or crave more foods when you ingest foods containing complex carbohydrates.

Do you mind if I ask you a few very important questions?  Please be honest in answering them.  Just by answering these questions honestly can change the way you think and feel every day, for the rest of your life!

Step 1:  Educate Yourself

Step 2.  Remove Toxins from Your Body

Step 1 is to get yourself educated, so that you are aware of the factors causing your imbalance.  By following the yeast-free nutritional program and avoiding feeding yeasts and parasites with their favorite food (including sugar, dairy, wheat, yeasts, alcohol, nicotine and chemicals), you will be able to put healthy and nourishing food in your body and prevent your body from further abuse or misuse.  However, if the abuse or misuse has been going on for many years, you need to consider removing the existing toxins so that your body has a chance to heal!

 

The two most important tasks in removing the toxins from your body are controlling the overgrowth, then removing, excess yeasts and parasites.

 

Yeast and Parasite Control:

Yeasts and parasites are like “Siamese Twins”.  They go hand in hand.  Therefore, you need to use a formula that removes yeasts and parasites from your body simultaneously and very quickly.  A good formula will enable you to see the evidence in your toilet almost instantly.  Our Yeast-Para Control is designed for this purpose.

There are more than 250,000 species of yeasts and parasites.  I cannot describe them all.  The above are most commonly seen among people in North America.  In other words, you have been feeding an “extended family” involuntarily. Not only do these enemies within (yeasts and parasites) suck your energy, they also deposit toxins after they have a rock ‘n roll party in your body.  That’s why you often feel fatigued and suffer allergic reactions.

 

Cleansing the Debris and Toxins

When you take a good formula to remove excess yeast and parasites in your body, the “civil war” begins immediately.  Quickly, you will see the defeated bodies of yeast and parasites on the battlefield — your body.  Therefore, you need to take formulas designed to flush the debris and toxins.  Using a potent formula (Yeast-Para Control) to defeat and remove excess yeasts and parasites is like scrubbing the toilet; and using a cleansing formula (Cleansing-Balance Tea) is like flushing the toilet.   You need to employ both in order to allow your body to have a clean slate to heal.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is an illness characterized by a cluster of symptoms including persistent, recurrent fatigue, headaches, achy muscles, poor digestive function (such as constipation, diarrhea, and bloatedness), low-grade fever, foggy mind, confusion, irritability, lack of motivation and depression.

           

            Both men and women can be affected by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.  In my practice, however, I have observed that most of the clients are women between the ages of 20 and 50.  The personality characteristics of people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are highly successful, educated, articulate, and always on the go.  Prior to the onset of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, they were very active with their career activities, and/or were caretakers.

 

            After several years of highly charged activities, they “ran out of gas” and collapsed.  These people tended to give, give, give, but did not receive the nurturing which was essential to replenish their reservoir.  The “Too Pooped to Pop” feelings are very real to the sufferers.  However, most western-trained physicians did not take them seriously.  Some were referred to psychiatrists by their physicians for psychotropic drugs with the reasoning that it was all in their heads!  This, of course, makes the matter worse!

           

            People with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome have often suffered for many years without a proper diagnosis and treatment.  Prior to starting our holistic treatment program, many of my clients had to be on medical disability because they could not carry out regular daily functions which were routine for them before.  In some severe cases, daily chores such as brushing teeth or cooking dinner can be taxing for the sufferer. 

            

Basically, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome shares similar symptoms with mono-nucleosis, Epstein-Barr virus, candidiasis, Crohn’s disease, as well as yeast and parasitic infections.

   

Causes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:

           

            As mentioned earlier, people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome tend to be high achievers and devoting caretakers.  The major causes for their collapse include: “Busy-Taking-Care-of-Others Syndrome”, poor dietary habits, and yeast and parasitic infections.

  

Busy-Taking-Care-of-Others Syndrome:

           

Many people, especially women, have assumed a caretaking role.  They play their roles so well that they often forget about themselves.  They are so busy taking care of other people’s needs that they don’t have time to take care of their own needs.  Connie is a good example:

 

            As a nurse, Connie had been a hard worker in hospitals for more than 10 years.  She had been very active in volunteer activities such as the Red Cross or other charity groups.  Her mother died of breast cancer when she was five years old.  Being the only child, she had been a caretaker for her frail father since she was a teen. 

 

            Since she was always on the run, she was on the convenient Standard American Diet (SAD) even though she was familiar with what was right for her to eat.  The onset of fatigue, headaches, poor mental concentration, weight loss, lack of motivation and depression came slowly in a period of three to six months.  Then, she totally collapsed and became bedridden when her boyfriend broke up with her.

  

Poor Dietary Habits:

 

            People who are busy taking care of others usually suffer from low self-esteem.  When they don’t think much of themselves, naturally they don’t take good care of themselves.  Everybody comes first; they come last.  This tendency is also reflected in their dietary habits.  Even though Connie was a consulting nutritionist for an outpatient clinic, she did not practice what she preached.  Her diet was filled with sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine and chemicals.  Despite the fact she knew she was “allergic” to those kinds of foods, she could not take the time to go to health food stores to shop for the right kinds of foods.

 

Yeast and Parasitic Infections:

 

As explained in great details in my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, many factors contribute to yeast and parasitic infections.  Poor dietary habits and chronic psychological stress are two main causes among others.  Yeasts and parasites have strong hooks that can suck nutrition from the intestines.  After they are well fed, they deposit toxins.  As a result, a cluster of symptoms including chronic fatigue, allergies, digestive problems, etc. will weaken the immune system and create a vicious circle.

Q.        I had digestion problems all my life. I have IBS on the constipation side and I am not able to have any milk products. I cramp up and the gas just sits in my digestion. I have gone to many doctors and they want me to go on medical drugs and I don’t like taking them. I would never get well by eating right and do it natural. Please I need some advice. I am so lost. Thank you for listening to me.  

A.         Irritated Bowel Syndrome (IBS) consists of a cluster of digestive tract symptoms including alternation of constipation and diarrhea, flatulence (gas), gas pain, fatigue, foggy mind, depression, etc.  The major causes of IBS are the overgrowth of yeasts and parasites, and chronic stress.

As in the articles I posted before, and as detailed in my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing, there are physical and psychological causes of yeasts and parasitic infections.

Physical causes include indulgence in yeast-favorite food (Standard American Diet – SAD) containing sugar, dairy, wheat, yeast, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and chemicals, excessive use of antibiotics, lack of exercise, pre-existing illnesses, poor hygiene, sexual contact and the breakdown of the immune system.  Psychological causes include unfinished business, boredom, and “Busy-Taking-Care-of-Others Syndrome”.  Psychological stress is actually the primary cause of yeast disorders.

Yeast infections or candidiasis affect both the mind and body.  Physical symptoms can range from head to toe.  They include: recurrent headaches (including migraine) , mid-ear infections, eyelid swelling, sore throats, mouth thrush, chronic coughs, asthma, constipation, diarrhea, hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, skin rashes, anus itching, etc.

Yeasts and parasites develop their colonies at parts of your body that are weak and have little defense.  Therefore, symptoms of yeast and parasitic infections can range from head to toe.
