Q.        Are laboratory tests accurate in detecting the presence of yeasts and parasites?

A.        Modern technology is improving in terms of detecting the presence of yeasts and parasites.  However, most laboratory tests and x-rays cannot do the job accurately.   Even though the recent development of DNA testing is far superior to all previous tests, the scope is limited.  Why?  Yeasts and parasites have more than 250,000 species.  Candida albicans alone has a family of more than 40 strains of harmful yeasts.  No test up to date can detect them all!

Based on my more than three decades of clinical experience, the best assessment of yeast and parasitic infections is the observation of the eyes, skin, tongue and knowledge of a detailed health history.   Most importantly, when my clients are on our Herbal Detox program, within days they will see the “evidence” in the toilet such as:

Debris of Yeasts

Cloudy or mucousy materials in the urine or stool.  Some of my clients described them as “the Milky Way” or “clouds under the water.”

Eggs of Parasites:

They look like sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, undigested brown rice, or broken corn.  You can see them in your stool or menstrual blood clots.

Mature Worms:

They come in various sizes, shapes and colors.  Pinworms appear to be fibers sticking out of your stool.  Hook worms look like spaghetti or string cheese.  Flat worms look like broken tree leaves dancing in the toilet when you flush it.

In other words, your toilet is your best laboratory!

Q.        I suffered from acid reflux for about two years.  My symptoms got worse whenever I drank tea, ate raw food or pickles.  I don’t want to take all these antacids.  Can you tell me about natural remedies for it?

Q.        How often do I detox?  How long do I take Cleansing-Balance Tea and Yeast-Para Control? Do you use Cleansing-Balance Tea and Yeast-Para Control at the same time?  Thanks.

A.        If you are in perfect health, your body will need to go through Herbal Detox

My husband and I suffered from chronic fatigue, low energy, mind fog, sugar craving, getting hungry easily, anal itch, and painful sex.  We both are on Dr. J’s healing program because we have similar health issues with yeast and parasitic infections.  Within a month, I have experienced more energy, mental clarity, and no more anal itch.

Q.        I saw a lot of yeasts and parasites in the toilet in the first three months I was on Dr. J’s detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea).  I am still doing the “toilet watching” as instructed by Dr. J.  I don’t see cloudy urine, seeds like stuff in the stool, or dead mature worms in the toilet nowadays.  However, I still experience fatigue, mind fog and body aches from time to time.  Why?

A.        The yeasts and parasites in your body could go into “hiding” after they were losing the battle with our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea).  That’s why you don’t see the debris of yeasts, eggs of parasites, or bodies of mature worms in the toilet for a short while.  My advice: Keep firing!  Continue with the full dosage of Herbal Detox (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea).  You can also increase the dosage of  Female Vitality ( for Hormonal Regeneration).  When you are symptom-free, you can go on a maintenance dosage.   If you cease fire too soon, your little enemies would have time to regroup and come back for a big fight!

Q.        I love Dr. J’s program!  I had age-long constipation before I got on Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea).  Now I enjoy smooth elimination every day!  What a relief!  My postnasal drip and bad breath problems had also dissipated.  My concern is: Would I become addicted to Dr. J’s herbal products?

As I addressed in the previous article: Facts on Fungus, fungal spores decompose live bodies, just as they do with dead bodies.  Therefore, you can suffer symptoms from head to toe such as arthritis-like aches and pain, fungal nails, athlete’s foot, eczema, headaches, sinus congestion, strep throat, allergies, mind fog, depression, fatigue, etc. when the fungal spores settle on your body as a medium for food.

In order to reduce or eradicate the decomposing effects of the fungal spores, you need to clean both external and internal environments.  In this article, I will focus on the control of the external environment.

As mentioned previously, because the fungal spores are air-born, they are everywhere: in the air we breathe, the water we drink, dust on furniture, produce, fruits, your pets’ fur, etc.  Moisture, warm temperature, still air, lack of sunlight, etc., are incubators for their growth.  The following are some tips to control the external environmental factors for yeasts and/or mold:

  1. Keep your home clean and dry, especially kitchen and bathrooms.  Keep the doors of these areas open and/or use vents for air ventilation.
  2. Check under the kitchen sink periodically for leaks and moisture.  Repair the leaks immediately and wipe the area dry.
  3. Do not refrigerate left-over foods for more than three days, otherwise they mildew.  Even though you may not see any changes on the outside, the chemistry inside the food has been changed because of the fermentation process.  The fungal spores do not grow well under freezing temperature; therefore, you may put foods in the freezer provided that your freezer is functioning well.
  4. Peel the skin of produce and fruit if possible; otherwise, soak them in salt water for at least 10 minutes, and then rinse them thoroughly under running water.
  5. Vacuum the carpet or wipe clean the hardwood floor at least once a week to prevent dust build-up.
  6. Wipe clean your furniture frequently to prevent dust built-up.
  7. Do not eat any mildewed food that would include bread, fruits, cooked or raw produce, etc.
  8. Avoid fermented food such as pickles.
  9. Shower every day and shampoo your hair at least every other day to wash off fungal spores that might have fallen on the surface of your body.  Blow dry your hair right after washing.  Do not go to bed with wet hair.
  10. Do not kiss your pets.  Their saliva may carry yeasts and parasites.
  11. Do not sleep with your pets.  No matter how clean they appear to be, their fur may carry fungal spores.

Yeast, mold, and mushrooms are all members of fungal family.  Fungus is a plant-like organism.  Fungus cannot manufacture its own food and must live on other organisms.  Fungus breaks down the dead body of other plants or animals and turns it into starch or sugar as its food. This process is called decomposition.

Decomposition provides the fungus with the energy necessary to survive and reproduce. Fungus reproduces by forming reproductive cells called spores. When the spores settle on a proper medium for their nutrition, they begin to grow on and decompose its medium.  If the medium is a dead body, the decomposition helps the recycling process of nature.

However, if the spores settle on and decompose a live body, the medium can become very ill.  The symptoms of this “live body decomposition” can range from head to toe.  For humans, for example, they include headaches, sinus congestion, strep throat, allergies, mind fog, depression, fatigue, arthritis-like aches and pain, fungal nails, athlete’s foot, eczema, etc.

Where are these spores from?  Because these spores are air-born, they can be from anywhere.  They can be in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the dust on furniture, raw food, etc.

What are the environmental factors ideal for the growth of these fungal spores (especially mold)?  Dampness, moisture, still air, no sunlight, warm temperatures (not extreme heat or cold), dust, etc. provide an incubation for fungus to grow.

According to Wikipedia, the term underweight refers to a human who is considered to be under a healthy weight level. “Underweight” means weighing less than what is expected to be a healthy person. 

Over 66% of people in the U.S. are overweight.  Many people consider being underweight as a “lucky” situation. The fact of the matter is that an underweight condition could be a severe health issue.

Some examples of health issues associated with an underweight condition include: anemia, chronic fatigue, poor blood circulation, poor digestion and absorption, weak immunity, amenorrhea (absence of menstruation), infertility, complications during pregnancy, osteoporosis, etc.

In developed countries, the most common cause of being underweight is malnutrition, secondary to diseases such as cancer, hyperthyroidism, and yeast and parasitic infections.

After having dealt with underweight clients, both male and female, regardless of ethnicity, I have found the following holistic treatment to be very effective:

 

1.    Remove excessive yeast and parasites

I usually suggest a mega-dose of our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Control and Cleansing-Balance Tea) to remove the “unwanted tenants” — yeasts and parasites quickly.   It’s not unusual that my underweight clients take Cleansing-Balance Tea four capsules around the clock during the waking hours, and drink two pots of Cleansing-Balance Tea a day.  The end result?  They see a lot of yeast debris, parasite eggs (like seeds), and bodies of mature worms in the toilet, and they experience marked improvement in their health conditions.

2.    Concentrated Herbal Nutrition: Herbal Smoothie

4.    Regular Exercise

Exercise improves healthy appetite, blood circulation, and oxygenation of body cells.  All of this helps underweight individuals gain muscle weight (healthy weight).  If the individual is too weak to engage in vigorous exercise, start with a few minutes of slow walking, and gradually increase to a higher capacity when body strength and stamina increase.

5.    Stress Management
