Q.        What products should I take for the HPV infections?

A.        The HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) infection is a common sexually transmitted disease (STD).  HPV affects both females and males.  Many people who have HPV infection don’t even know it, because the infection often has no signs or symptoms.  That means you can get the HPV or pass it on to your partner without knowing it.

In the United States, an estimated 75% to 80% of males and females will be infected with HPV in their lifetime.  For most, the HPV infection will clear on its own.  But when it doesn’t, it can have consequences such as genital warts, or even cervical or vaginal cancer.

Some topical medication may be able to clear genital warts, but does not detox your body and boost your imunity.  Therefore, the recurrence rate is high.  Also, the HPV is often associated with yeast and parasitic infections.  So the best way to prevent the infections from reoccurring is employing a holistic approach:

1)    Herbal Detox:

Take a mega dose of our Herbal Detox program (Yeast-Para Controland Cleansing-Balance Tea) during the outbreak and stay on the maintenance dosage even when you are symptom-free.  It’s important to stay on the Herbal Detox program on a consistent basis to remove toxins in your body, and boost your immunity.

2)    Yeast-Free Nutritional Programs:

Follow the yeast-free nutritional program in my yeast-free cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking. Feed your body with the right kind of food and starve the yeasts and parasites in your body.

3)    Stress Management:

Outbreaks of HPV infections are usually associated with stress.  Follow the instructions of stress management techniques in my book, Breaking the Yeast Curse: Food and Unconditional Love for Magic Healing such as meditation, prayers, affirmations, deep emotional releasing, and writing letters in a proper format to finish “unfinished business.”  This can reduce your daily stress to a minimum, and avoid outbreaks of HPV infections.

4)    Removing Sexual Guilt:

Genital warts are usually associated with sexual guilt.  Explore the causes of this negative emotion and work through it.  You might want to seek assistance from a spiritually-oriented therapist for cleaning up relationship issues and releasing sexual guilt.

5)    Treatment for your sexual partner:

It’s also very important to have your sexual partner go through the same type of holistic treatment.  The good news is that HPV infections can be controlled and you can still enjoy sex!
