As I mentioned before, yeast and parasitic infections are “the root of all evil” so far as physical health is concerned.  Your little enemies – yeasts and parasites – can create symptoms from head to toe including hypoglycemia.

When yeasts and parasites thrive in your body, they hook onto our mucous membranes and suck on your nutrition.  In other words, they eat you away.  Since you are feeding an “extended family,” you get hungry easily, and thus experience hypoglycemia: low blood sugar!  When your blood sugar is low, your enemies would scream, “Feed me! Feed me!” If you give into your cravings, you would feed them with food loaded with refined sugars.  Thus the sugar craving or hypoglycemic cycle continues.

Hypoglycemia is treatable!  You just need to control the overgrowth of yeasts and parasites.  How do you accomplish this seemingly impossible mission?  The following are some time-tested methods:

  1. Yeast-Free Nutritional Program:

A nutritional program containing no refined sugar, no dairy, no wheat, no yeasts, no alcohol, nor caffeine will starve the yeasts and parasites and nourish your body.   Nicotine from cigarettes is also a favorite food for yeasts and parasites.  Chemicals such as food preservatives, sweeteners, medication, etc. clog your liver and kidneys and deplete your immunity.  Your body’s defense is thus weakened.  This is why it’s important to stick to “Dr. J’s Eight Commandments” as a lifestyle.  Follow the principles of yeast-free cooking in my cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking, to learn what food you should eat to nourish your body and starve yeasts and parasites.

  1. Regular Exercise:


Yeasts and parasites love a still environment.  Good blood circulation inhibits their growth.  Regular exercise reduces the overgrowth of yeasts and parasites as well as your hypoglycemic episodes.  If you experience fatigue easily, just start with low-impact exercises such as slow walking for 10 minutes, and slowly build up.


  1. Plan Your Day Well:


Prepare healthy snacks throughout the day to prevent “low blood sugar attacks.”  In a previous article I recommended four kinds of fruits that are helpful to prevent hypoglycemia: yellow bananas, Fuji apples, green pears, and papayas.  A favorite snack of mine is spreading sunflower butter or almond butter on celery sticks.  It’s very filling and delicious!  Alternatively, you can bake no sugar-no dairy-no wheat-no yeast muffins, cookies, brownies, etc. based on my cookbook, Healthy and Tasty: Dr. J’s Anti-Yeast Cooking.

Do you mind if I ask you a few very important questions?  Please be honest in answering them.  Just by answering these questions honestly can change the way you think and feel every day, for the rest of your life!

Step 1:  Educate Yourself

Step 2.  Remove Toxins from Your Body

Step 1 is to get yourself educated, so that you are aware of the factors causing your imbalance.  By following the yeast-free nutritional program and avoiding feeding yeasts and parasites with their favorite food (including sugar, dairy, wheat, yeasts, alcohol, nicotine and chemicals), you will be able to put healthy and nourishing food in your body and prevent your body from further abuse or misuse.  However, if the abuse or misuse has been going on for many years, you need to consider removing the existing toxins so that your body has a chance to heal!


The two most important tasks in removing the toxins from your body are controlling the overgrowth, then removing, excess yeasts and parasites.


Yeast and Parasite Control:

Yeasts and parasites are like “Siamese Twins”.  They go hand in hand.  Therefore, you need to use a formula that removes yeasts and parasites from your body simultaneously and very quickly.  A good formula will enable you to see the evidence in your toilet almost instantly.  Our Yeast-Para Control is designed for this purpose.

Not only do these enemies within (yeasts and parasites) suck your energy, they also deposit toxins after they have a rock ‘n roll party in your body.  That’s why you often feel fatigued and suffer allergic reactions.


Cleansing the Debris and Toxins

When you take a good formula to remove excess yeast and parasites in your body, the “civil war” begins immediately.  Quickly, you will see the defeated bodies of yeast and parasites on the battlefield — your body.  Therefore, you need to take formulas designed to flush the debris and toxins.  Using a potent formula (Yeast-Para Control) to defeat and remove excess yeasts and parasites is like scrubbing the toilet; and using a cleansing formula (Cleansing-Balance Tea) is like flushing the toilet.   You need to employ both in order to allow your body to have a clean slate to heal.
