Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of arthritis.  It affects about 8 million people in the United Kingdom and about 27 million people in the United States.

The symptoms of OA include aches and pain and stiffness of the joints.  In severe cases, the joints (especially small joints such as fingers) can be deformed.

The most common cause of OA identified by the medical community is wear and tear.  Based on my several decades of clinical observation, there are multiple causes for OA including poor dietary habit, yeast and parasitic infections, immobility, stress and carrying negative emotions.  Therefore, it requires a holistic approach to effectively treat OA.  The following are my recommendations:

Prayers and Chanting:

In order to connect your healing to a spiritual level, pray to the divine intelligence for guidance to the right resources so that you can heal whatever ails you within the least possible time.  Prayers are free, so what are you waiting for?

Chanting is the repetition of certain mantras.  Some of the mantras invoke help for healing.  Regardless of your religious beliefs, when you chant sincerely from your heart, you receive results.  Again, chanting is free.  What can you lose but your OA symptoms?

Exercise:

Yeasts and parasites love a still environment.  You need to keep moving to facilitate your blood circulation and energy flow; otherwise, a stagnated sewage system will create blockage and disease.  Low-impact exercise such as slow walking and in-place jogging are excellent for people with osteoarthritis.  Start with a few minutes and gradually build up.

 

Mental Detox:

There is a spiritual meaning for every physical symptom.  Arthritis in any form, such as osteoarthritis (OA) or rheumatoid arthritis (RA), symbolizes that you suppress your anger and frustration in your joints.  In order to get into a state of “permanent remission,” you need to learn to let go of negative emotions that are the core of your physical suffering.

In the previous article, I discussed possible causes of cancer.  In this article, I will discuss dietary and herbal treatments for cancer.

Q.        How often do I detox?  How long do I take Cleansing-Balance Tea and Yeast-Para Control? Do you use Cleansing-Balance Tea and Yeast-Para Control at the same time?  Thanks.

A.        If you are in perfect health, your body will need to go through Herbal Detox

In the previous articles, I addressed Step I:  understanding the cause(s) of overweight condition, and Step 2: developing a weight loss Meal Plan – an anti-yeast nutritional program.   In this article I will discuss Step 3: using herbal therapy to cleanse yeasts and parasites to boost your immunity, energy and metabolism, Step 4: managing your stress effectively to stop or prevent emotional eating, and Step 5: defining your life purpose.

 

Step 3: Herbal Therapy:

Detox:

“What is life all about”

According to Plato, purpose of life (or meaning of life) is attaining the highest form of knowledge.  Aristotle, Plato’s apprentice, defines purpose of life as achieving eudaemonia.  Eudaemonia is an ancient Greek word.  It consists of the words “eu” (good) and “daemon” (a type of supernatural being).   It is therefore translated as “happiness”, “well-being”, “flourishing”, and “excellence.”  Another Greek philosopher Epicurus defines happiness in its highest form as freedom from pain and freedom from fear.

My definition for purpose of life for each and every one of us is very simple:

“Constantly improving the quality of life and help others achieve the same!”

In order to achieve this purpose of life, we need to keep learning, growing, and expanding on the spiritual path so that we can be free of pain and free of fear; and meanwhile, help others achieve the same!

In your journey to weight loss, constantly remind yourself that there is a purpose for your struggle with the weight issue, and you will be able to remove all the obstacles.  You will be able to achieve the highest level of well-being and happiness through the journey.  After you triumph, you will be able to help others achieve the same!

In the process of taking theses five essential steps to achieve healthy and fast weight loss, remember the commonsense approach:  Regular exercise, proper hydration, and adequate amounts of sleep and rest are also essential.

If you follow all of the strategies detailed above, you will be able to reach your weight goals in a healthy way within the least possible amount of time!
